Green Capability and Value Chain Climbing
This book systematically examines how China's manufacturing sector, in the process of embedding itself into global value chains (GVCs), can transition from traditional cost-based advantages to green competitive advantages. The core argument is that green governance capability is not merely a passive product of regulatory compliance, but an endogenous driver of industrial upgrading and value chain climbing. Drawing on the author's earlier research on the internationalization of industrial clusters, the book analyzes the differentiated green governance pathways of industries with different factor intensities (labor-intensive, technology-intensive, and capital-intensive), and explores the specific impacts of the "dual carbon" goals on the export competitiveness and industrial relocation of traditional advantageous industries such as furniture. · 18 份参考资料
