The Identification-Buffering-Catalysis Chain
This book addresses a core question: how can the financial system effectively identify and support the green transition of industries? Drawing on the author's prior research on credit rating for technology enterprises, weather index insurance, and the impact of agricultural insurance on farmers' income, it develops three interrelated lines of analysis—how credit rating can incorporate environmental performance into the evaluation of technology firms; how insurance instruments (such as weather index insurance and forest insurance) can provide risk mitigation for eco-agriculture and the forestry industry; and how sci-tech financial intermediary systems can channel capital toward green technological innovation. The central thesis is that financial support for green transition must move beyond single-channel credit lending toward an integrated mechanism of "rating-based identification—insurance-based risk buffering—sci-tech finance catalysis." · 8 份参考资料
