Q: What is the pricing principle for this tool?
A: As with any product, we determine the pricing principle for this tool based on cost + profit. The main costs of this tool are:
- Software development and upgrade iterations; ongoing long-term labor costs;
- Cloud server rental; this project is deployed and runs on servers from a third-party cloud service provider;
- Cloud storage costs: the materials you upload and the books you generate are stored in the storage space of third-party cloud server providers;
- Network traffic costs: any information output from this product's servers to you (for example, the result of a query) incurs network traffic costs (this is not the wired or wireless internet traffic used by your computer, but the traffic fees charged by the cloud service provider to the operator of this product);
- API call costs: every operation on this tool calls various APIs of this tool, and after API calls exceed a certain number, we must pay fees to the cloud server provider;
- AI model Token costs: this is the largest cost item for this tool and depends on the market rates for Tokens of the AI models used (for example, DeepSeek, Qwen), as well as the number of Tokens consumed by the AI during reading, thinking, and writing.
Q: What do the prepaid service and postpaid service for Pro users refer to, respectively?
A: For Pro users, we offer two different billing methods:
- Prepaid service: You need to pay in advance. Whether or not you are satisfied with the writing quality, the fee is non-refundable, and the created manuscript belongs to you.
- Postpaid service: You do not need to pay in advance; you can create at zero cost using this platform first. If you are satisfied with the writing quality and want to export and use the book, you pay at that point; if you are not satisfied with the writing quality, you do not need to pay any fees. We bear the Token costs consumed by your writing project, and you will not be able to use the created manuscript.
Please read and evaluate the book samples on our homepage as carefully as possible, read the Help Center documents carefully, and communicate with customer service in advance. Choose your payment method only after fully understanding the features and limitations of this platform.
Q: Do calls to your own model deduct platform Tokens?
A: Calls to your own model are not included in the platform-managed Token billing quota.
Q: What is the reference material support service?
A: During book creation, this tool does not search for or use internet materials of varying quality and uncertain authenticity; it relies entirely on the reference materials you provide for creation. The more reference materials there are and the higher their quality, the lower the plagiarism rate and the higher the quality of the created book.
However, not every user has sufficient reference materials related to their writing topic.
We have a digital resource reserve of more than 500TB and can provide reference materials for most professional fields and writing topics. If you lack reference materials, you can contact customer service to request a list of materials related to your writing topic and select a certain number of materials from it for your writing project.
Q: Will data be deleted immediately after expiration?
A: It will not be physically deleted immediately. We will remind users via in-app message to back up their materials within 30 days, and will delete them after 30 days.
Q: Can I increase only the Token usage, cloud storage usage, or OCR usage without upgrading my plan?
A: Yes. Pro / Ultra users can purchase add-on packs to expand capacity.
Q: Is on-premises deployment supported?
A: Yes. For organizations with high usage and long-term needs to reduce costs and improve efficiency, we provide on-premises deployment services.
